I have been offline a while. I returned from Iraq in April 2008. Had my 2 weeks of downtime and went back to work at Barksdale AFB,LA in Shreveport. I will try to fill in the rest of the deployment info from the trip. It was very difficult to get things to load and get online over there.
The next part of my life is beginning to take shape, "retirement from the military"! 20 years is enough for me and I am preparing to attend college at LA Tech in Ruston, LA in the Fall. This will be full time for a year and a half to reach a BS in Geographic Infomation Science. All courtesy of the GI Bill! It's the first time I will have ever attended full-time college. I nickeled and dimmed classes while on active duty. I am in two classes right now.

My wife Sandra is doing well and working as an RN. She has been through sooo much crap physically/medically and with coworkers for a while. But it's getting better.
Sold my Suzuki GSXR-1000 and am getting an old friend Richard's bike i bought from him running to ride again. It's a 1996 Honda VFR750. I'll post some cleanup pics from back when I got it in 2006. Beside that I finished putting in-wall speakers in the living room fronts and surround. I started a fireplace project before I left for Iraq and have yet to finish it. I am finally started to get motivated and have energy again so maybe I will get it done soon. I had laid tile throughout the house and left some rooms flooring undone but finished that as well with oak flooring in the office and repairing carpet thresholds against the tile. Will be posting home project pics also.
